5XGH series circular grain drier　　　　　

Use：
　　Suitable for the drying of rice, wheat,maize or rapeseed if slightly refitted. Driers of different capacities are available for user's selection according to different scale of agricultural production adn different quantity of the corns to be dried.
Working principle：
This drier is of the batch-style circular grain drier,the corns are put into the machine and continuously circled and then be discharged after drying.The drier is maily composed of the lower body, drying unit,stay unit,elevator,combustion engine and the fan.The corns are sent by the charger to the upper side of the drier through the elevator and evenly scattered by the upper screw feeder untill the whole drier is filled. The slowly falling corns will get through the gain tank in the drying unit to the upper screw feeder and then once again be sent to the upper side of the drier.The above process will be repeated. On one side of the lower body there is the combustion engine which produces hot air, and the hot air will be formed into a hot gas flow by the fan on the other side of the lower body.The hot air flow will get through the corns layer in the drying unit and take away the water in the corns.

　　The quantity of the corns dried pe day：the in/ex-manchine water content of corns.
Example of selection：
After reaping , the water content of rice is 24% which is now required to be reduced to 14%. The drying time of the rice will be 12 hours. In this case, a drier with a capacity of 3 tons should be chosen to dry the rice in two batches in a day and a night. 50 tons of rice will be reaped on a farm, and the water content of the rice needs to be reduced from 30% to 14% within a drying time of about 20 hours. In this case, 5 driers with a capacity of 10 tons each should be chosen to dry the rice in one batch in a day and a night.A grain depot needs to dry 50 tons of rice and reduce the water content by 2-3%. In this case,one drier with a capacity of 10 tons should be chosen to dry the rice in 5 batches in a day and a night.
